Analytical & Process Support
Laboratory analyses and tests to determine whether our partners’ plastics are suitable for chemical recycling.
Circular Venture AS operates in the Nordic region to supply industrial, maritime, agricultural and post‑consumer plastics for chemical recycling — enabling traceable, high‑value circular supply chains.
Circular Venture AS is a consulting firm dedicated to sustainable plastic waste management and pyrolysis-based chemical recycling. We help companies recover value from end-of-life plastics, reduce landfill and incineration, and enable a transition to a circular economy that delivers both environmental benefits and economic returns.
As plastic pollution grows and traditional recycling falls short, chemical recycling stands out as a real breakthrough. By breaking polymers down to their core molecules, it turns even mixed or contaminated plastics into new feedstock. The process doesn’t compete with mechanical recycling — it strengthens it — and creates new revenue opportunities for sustainable resource management, pushing society closer to a true circular economy

We assess plastic streams for suitability in chemical recycling and help establish traceability for ISCC+ and other standards.
Structuring long‑term supply agreements with waste management partners to secure stable feedstock.
Support for pilot trials, pilot planning and industrial scaling in collaboration with technology partners.
We work with multiple plastic streams — industrial, maritime, agricultural and post‑consumer — each requiring specific handling and qualification.
At Circular Venture, we support our partners with ISCC+ certified plastics for chemical recycling.

Demand for ISCC+‑certified input materials is growing among recyclers. We help partners meet this requirement with qualified, traceable feedstock.
An ISCC+ certificate verifies that materials originate from a sustainable supply chain—giving consumers confidence in environmentally responsible choices and providing recovery facilities with documented proof of product sustainability.
A circular flow from mixed feedstock to new products using pyrolysis and downstream refining.
WPU upcycles end‑of‑life plastic waste to oil; using batch pyrolysis technology, the end product is used as a petrochemical feedstock in the production of recycled plastics.
Circular Venture has entered into an agreement with KRS AB – Kretsløp Recycling Sweden – to test agricultural plastics for chemical recycling at WPU, a facility in Denmark owned by Vitol.
Cyclezyme has developed an enzymatic platform focused on producing enzymes for green biochemical processes. This platform utilizes advanced biotechnological methods to identify and improve enzymes capable of converting PET-based plastic materials into new building blocks.
Circular Venture has established a strong collaboration and partnership with the company Cyclezyme AB and is testing consumer plastic with PET on the company's enzymatic platform to extract PET for recycling and the rest plastic suitable for chemical recycling.
Our company establishes projects with partners and participates in all parts of the circular value chain.
Cyclezyme and Circular Venture enter the optimization phase to maximize PET degradation in mixed waste streams.
